Our Career Training Institute (CTI) and Development Institute for Emerging Leaders (DIEL) offers some of the best professional development seminars designed for women, minorities and diversity leaders. We will explore the landscape of minorities in technology, engineering and business. What are the demographics? Who is producing minority engineers and who’s hiring them. How do we develop the pipeline and open more doors to opportunities in supply diversity? We will bring together the stakeholders from government, academia, industry, professionals and students to discuss and create a blueprint of steps that can be taken now to address a critical need.
